I think the Prediction League ( though not a participant) shouldn't be in a Notts related sub thread. To me, it is more comfortable in the English Leagues or to have a unique setting of its own?

I might relocate it to be a sub forum for 'Entertainment & News'.

I didn't want it to be too far down, so that people could easily spot it - especially those unused to the way things are here.

PS. You should join in next season @Piethagoram ;)

The Prediction League could be anywhere really, with Notts fans taking part, but I do like the changes! They're practical and make the site look more balanced instead of being heavily focused on forums. We need to support the Women's forum and the sports one, as those are two good inclusions.

The alterations seem quite nice. I often explore the site and its various pages. While I do use the dashboard to discover content, sometimes I find things just by browsing around.

It’s interesting to hear a lot of members use the dashboard, I prefer to go to content feed/my activity steam/unread content, this brings up every post I haven’t read, this system works for me.

It must be an age thing @super_ram

Seriously I think using the dashboard means you could miss some stuff.

Blimey I’ve just looked at the dashboard and there’s 18 members online at the same time. :excited:

It's getting difficult keeping up with posts at times.I catch up,go and do something like prepare a meal or answer my phone, return to PoN and there's a load of posts. So I'm playing catch up again when suddenly on my screen I'm informed there have been X amount of comments/posts whilst I've been reading.Good innit!

You need to live on here like me never mind about preparing meals. :joker:

Nice changes, the forum index looks tidy and clearly marked. No forums or sub-forums conflict with each other, it seems very logical.

I use the dashboard, but I also look at all activity and the forum. At the moment, I read more than I post. I reckon the Pride of Nottingham is first-rate with the articles they publish. The forum layout was alright before, but the changes now make more sense.

My default is the dashboard so maybe I miss some good stuff on the home page!

i do a mix of things to find content, but the articles put out by @Chris and the fan written features are very good. i think we do need to encourage ourselves to spend our time on site more productively and at times step out of the normal browsing habits. that way you can find new experiences.

i am really excited by how the community is coming along, as you have said its the pon family but it includes you too. :)
