I'm sure we've read that message before a few times now this season!

Think it might be a copy and paste job?

Me? Cynical? Never!

I've felt the same at times but it might be a case of 'repeated mistakes'. I am sure Shaun will sort things out, his efforts trying to repair bridges is something I value and for that reason I hope people at least support him.

Don't see what's wrong with this really, it's nice to have a manager who communicates so well with the supporters. I bet you could count on one hand the number of other managers in the FL who do this.

There's something about Shaun, even when we lose you listen to his press conference and he somehow reassures you that all will be well.

Good words from Shaun.

"They're still very much in this fight, and determined to pull us through" - until they go 1-0 dwn after 10 minutes, then they'll throw in the towel probably.

Wish the players really did care as much as us and Shaun.

Same old same old He's just surrounded by deadwood poor bloke.

IT's about ****ing time the players Come out and say they are sorry. Individually.

Ginds my gears, this does.

Good luck Shaun, you're gonna need it

Well said lad, Shaun is bound to try and drum up support even if this is being pushed by the club.

You have to hand it to him, he's very passionate.

i think these will start to wear a little thin, people are already complaining about the club being a gimmick but i personally dont see anything wrong with the manager messaging the fans.

Let him speak and have his say, rally the troops Shaun. Go for it!

No problem with it, but unless the shower of shite he has to deal with actually listen it leaves us where we are now. Bottom staring downwards.

I agree with the he is passionate comments. But so was Martin Allen and he left under a big cloud. I hope Shaun is given the benefit if time for the next few years, regardless of this season. We need to keep hold of something at the lane and SD might be the one thing we have left.

I think he should stop the messages though unless he has something new to say. Promoting the club is one thing. Flogging a dead horse is another thing entirely.

I hope that after tomorrows game he can praise the players for a change.

Its abit like the ones we used to get from the previous manager, repeating the same things over and over again. A few changes but the same basic layout.
