Good morning it’s a new week and the weather is set to improve this week which will be nice, it may encourage me to do some gardening.

I see that @Michael D Pie. is holidaying in Morocco have a great time, it’s somewhere I’ve never been but I’m booked on a cruise in December that goes there so looking forward to hearing what you think.

Dentists appointment for me today, it’s just a check up thankfully but I’d better warn her I had garlic last night. 😂

Have a great day everyone.

I won't be able to attend the playoff final next month. I can't get the time off work. Previously time off wasn't an issue but things have changed. We have a CEO who sees longevity as a bad thing. People with 10 years plus are being moved closer to the exit. I'm there 19 years. I'm holding on for redundancy and they are hoping I quit. It's not a fun situation but I do my best.

I feel for you @Dripsey3 both regarding the play off final and your work situation, I’ve been there it’s not a pleasant environment to be in when you know it’s only a matter of time before you are shown the door. I hope if/when the inevitable does happen you get a decent payout and you are able to find alternative employment or early retirement.

First day today and not looking too bad. We surprised on of the Jet2 reps who i had kept in touch with since last year, but didn't tell him we were coming 🤫 once our baggage had been retreaved we made our way to the Jet2 desk, and guess who was there Walid who we had met last year, the look on his face was a picture. Now through his kindness we have a room you can hold a dance in. They are right when it is said "it's not what you know, it's who you know" happy days ahead me thinks. This is MDP reporting from Agadir, Morocco 🇲🇦 saying goodbye.

Morning all, it’s a horrible, wet, dreary day out there so far but I always try to find a positive, at least it’s filling our garden pond up.

I’m glad to see @Michael D Pie. is having better weather, it looks fabulous Michael. sunshine

Have a great day everyone.

This is one of the quiet area's near reception. Here you can relax with either a hot drink or one of the cold variety. The sky is once again totally clear and is calling, so off we go for the arduous task of colouring the body, such hard work 😎

It might have felt like I had slipped on the face of PON, as I have been coding more than anything. I want to hit 100% on the resource front for performance and optimisation ASAP, so I can focus on deliverying the best season for PON in terms of content.

So, my annivsary drifted past and Cheeky didn't seem to want to celebrate it at all. In fact, she only said happy annivsary at 12:01am the day after. 😂

That life sentence must be getting to her, but I am going to make sure we do something as a family for it next time. We have all been busy with various things, and what with Jake's birthday and then mine. I can understand why Kate would want to focus on other things. Plus other things coming up soon, which will prevent me from going to Wembley. I have to put family time first, I spent years on holiday doing PON stuff but you realise it can wait.

Lately, aside from the odd day, I have just been knee deep in code.

Good morning, it’s a cloudy start here but dry and warm.

I’m off to Specsavers later to have my ears unblocked, I have a pending referral to ENT but haven’t had an appointment and I can’t wait any longer the blocked ears and tinnitus is driving me crazy. They told me not to go to Specsavers but the trouble is you have to wait so long for an appointment so I’ve decided to pay £55 in the hope they get it all out.

What a gorgeous morning for walking, saw a couple of Magpies on my travels along the promenade, and this :-

Translated it says God, Country, King. Didn't realise that the King was third in the pecking order 🤔

Have a great day whatever you are up to.

Looked at the news earlier and saw nothing but conflict, hence the poem.

Growing Humanity

When I look i don't see colour or creed,
The same as God who planted the seed.

A human being through and through,
I'm truly referring to me and to you.

Personality, stature, will and smile,
Makes you and i stand out a mile.

Together we make a wonderful team,
Which at the moment is just a dream.

Making the time to engage and chat,
Gives opportunity, cementing and all that.

Grafting together, taking a firm stance,
Rewinding history, to achieve a true balance.

Living side by side for the common goal,
Making amends for evil planted long time ago.

Hand in hand we walk together,
Brothers and Sisters a bond forever.

MDP. 🤔

Today in Agadir we have the dreaded mist, with the Sun only showing his face every now and again. Not to worry though it's still warm. Mrs P and myself had a walk out earlier and @Fan of Big Tone you would of been proud of us, 8,657 steps. Not in your league though but trying.

I made an executive decision though (probably for the first time ever) seeing as there was no sun, we should chance sitting under the reception lighting for a while and see what happens 😀

Morning all, it’s a lovely start to the day here and promises to be a scorcher. Probably going to be as warm for us as it is for @Michael D Pie. 😁

I’ve been watching a big crow eating tadpoles out of our pond, seems cruel but do I shoo it away or let nature take its course?

Nature is Nature @Fan of Big Tone and life only progresses due to the fact these things happen. I have a Crow come and assist our big lad with his breakfast in a morning, I call him Jim because I used to work with a chap named Jimmy Crow many moons ago.

Insistent little chap, doesn't take no for an answer.

Think we'll be bringing these home if Mrs P gets her way. She thinks they are ideal for the kitchen, not. 🥴
