Nicky eaden is Leicesters u21 coach and has no management experience

not lee clarke please, i do not think his record is polished enough.

nicky eaden is a risk like derry, we would have to be patient but i hope for better. it seems we are losing the people who could turn the club around.

They produced some good teams in the 80's and 90's but their form has been patchy for a while. If it went wrong they would leave too many broken hearts behind. But it might work out, especially for Trew.

I thought the 3was Lee Clark Paul Hurst and Sheridan ? so that means of Nicky whatever his name is on hurst or Sheridan are off.

 

I just have a nasty feeling Lee Clark has already got the job in the bag 

not bein funny but if you're a good manager you get more then six months same as if you're a good footballer you get a bigger club.

Any proven manager can see things in a game that need tweaking etc a crap manager can't IE moniz couldn't see simple things like smith in the middle no legs.

A proven manager will shake this team down gaurentee you smith will be dropped stead won't start constantly Audel may be dropped to Burke will be found out for his laziness an lack of back tracking.

A proven manager repeat who's actually good at his job will take no crap and no prisoners and get the best out of what he has and will budget wisely not with 6-7 crap foreign imports.

Its like when you go to work you gaffer may be crap at his job in you're eyes then you get a new gaffer and he makes you feel wanted and gives you a new confidence or lease of life again.

Not every manager is crap and will last six months if he belives in his ability and doesn't do stupid arrogant things 

an I doubt we're going for Nicky Eaden no expierence at all that would be like putting Darren purse on the shortlist just going backwards not forwards the 3 I gaurentee you itl be is Clark Sheridan Hurst and I bet Clark gets it.

Personally I'd take Sheridan hurst has a good record obut that's conference but he's only 41 and has managed 400 games and Grimsby are always up there

it's scary the fact that we will be appointing someone after the Accrington game which was today and this muppet is just odds on.
