honest

i like this in a manager because trust breeds confidence.

Leader - he seems like a really good leader, he doesn't mind putting an arm round someone or giving them the hair dryer, I'd love to play for a manager like him

Outstanding

With a better squad around him, he will do wonders for Notts.

Unproven.

I'd say the good things just about outnumber the bad so far, but the last two performances worry me a bit.

ballsy

As in he has shown he is not afraid to stick the boot in when needed and actually talks as though he has half a clue, whether he could do the same with a side he has put together, remains to be seen.

Can I throw 'Transparent' into the mix?

We can see what Cooper wants, what he expects, his passion, his annoyance and we can see that he working for not just himself but the club and us fans. For me, I think it's refreshing to have a manager whom is prepared to be so widely open about matters - as the majority of managers know it will apply pressure on themselves, whilst some of it might not be appreciated by the people upstairs.

I'd agree with @liampie and choose honest. In his pre-Cambridge match interview Audel describes Mark Cooper as being honest, and as he works with him I'll go with that.
