Favourite film

Featured Replies

I'm obsessed with zombie films, my favourite one is the original 'Day of the Dead'. I love Dawn and Night of the Dead, basically anything by George Romero.

I could list thousands of films which I like though, the list would be never ending.

A field where dreams become reality.

I found The Green Mile very moving, another favourite The Book Thief.

Alien or the Godfather trilogy.

Planet of the Apes ( the Chuck Heston original one! )

Man hunter 1986. Awesome film. Very, very memorable and atmospheric.

i could do this for hours! ????????????

The Usual Suspects.

ohh and one final one. Threads. For the forty somethings you will remember it. It was the BBC film which was banned after being shown once due to the realistic scenes and the nightmares it caused. Seriously scary at the time and so real. I can point to this film as the one that got me interested in political pacifism and the history of the Cold War.

Doesnt have as much of an impact now as it did then because the threat was so real then.
