So I was looking for a film to watch and I found MR Bean the movie I brought it ages ago and forgot I had it not bad for a £1.

Used to be one of my favourites programs as a youngster.

Anyone else remember mr bean.?

Dose your grandchildren or children etc watch mr bean at all.?

I grew up watching the sketches with @GrannyPie and @super_ram.

The cartoon I also like and, my children prefer watching that but the actual TV series was very funny. From him failing to park his mini, to Mr Bean serving branches instead of Twiglets and of course him going into the arcades whilst on holiday.

As for the movies, I think they could have been better. They're funny, but the second is more Mr Bean.

A field where dreams become reality.

Very low quality the films, both disappointed me as a fan of Mr Bean's TV sketches.

Rowan Atkinson does do a great job but the stories and development within them is painful. The first one you have an obnoxious who isn't liked by his children, they take a dislike to Mr Bean for being weird and the father say's he has some defining qualities. Blah blah, blah. Then spends the whole film trying to be more like Mr Bean, whilst trying to fake a painting which has been ruined.

The second is just even more pointless with the trip to France, what else happens?

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

That's true, myself and @GrannyPie enjoyed watching  the  Mr Bean comedy with Rowan Atkinson but it's the real life  Mr Bean  that @GrannyPiereally likes to watch......that's Sharpes Sean Bean

@super_ram

You have missed my various comments about Sean Bean and @GrannyPie's love for him on here (plus Kevin Costner). haha

The films aren't that funny TBH, the first is quite sad with how Mr Bean is portrayed and the second is just annoying.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

I liked watching mr bean as a kid, as i still like it now.. don't really get around to watching it much though. I prefer the tv series version more than any other. The movies were ok and the cartoon version is about the same.

I enjoyed them but I think the first isn't very true to the character of Mr Bean.

Then again I laugh a lot when he tries to dry his trousers with the hand-dryer in the toilets! Cough* Cough* @super_ram
