I eat most food all year round regardless of weather or temperature too. Even ice cream in winter and stew in summer. I feel cold even in summer so it really makes no difference.

I like a nice bowl of stew and dumplings in cold weather, or Cottage pie and veg. Nice sunday roast too. Jam Roly poly and lashings of custard for pud.

I eat off menu's which changes from state to dinner.

It all depends and there's always something different on the menus, no two are the same. I find eat ice cream more in the summer and puddings/deserts when it's cold.

Pearl Barley, quinoa, red lentils stew, with turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, coriander,  Hendersons relish, Sainsburys Reduced salt yeast extract (cheaper and better Marmite substitute),

Takes about 30 mins to boil and drain the Pearl Barley, quinoa and lentils but worth the wait

As for food i don't eat much different, but i do drink more hot chocolate in the colder months to keep warm.. even though i generally feel cold all year round.

Give me chicken or sausage stew any day of the week when it's winter! I eat what gets cooked but I like stew, it's simple and nice.
