Good morning PoN, I’m feeling a lot better this morning my throat seems to have improved thanks to TCP. I’m really glad I struggled to the match last night it was great and soon made me forget I felt ill.

The big news is I’ve finally reached my target weight after two years, I’ve now officially lost two stone. Whoop whoop.

Very busy day.

I'm going to be all the place, I have a couple of things on today and at 4pm I am being interviewed by a college student. This should be fun! ????

Assisted @GrannyPie to one of her regular INR blood tests at our doctors this morning.Result phoned through to us at tea time-next test in 2 weeks time.Listening to Rams v Canaries at the moment-0 - 0,my lot need to improve 2nd half.

busy day back at work and its okay, people are being friendly.

i feel supported but i still want out of the job, i just wont let anyone there know that i no longer have the desire to do the job. i want to try to challenge myself and do something where i speak to customers. the morrisons job would have been perfect for me right now.

Today was a very productive day ... went to town with @Chris to do some Pon stuff. them came home saw my cousin who nipped round for a bit had a chat about food as he is a young traine chef himself. Then watch spurs v Barcelona a good game if I’m honest
