i was wondering if any pon members had a bike? what colour is it? how long have you owned it?

i am getting a new bike soon, my current one is red and orange, i have had it since the early 2000s but now is the time to get a better bigger one. does anyone have any suggestions? trusted brands?

I can't remember when I brought my bike, it's not very good to be honest and I find it very tiring to cycle (as does others who use it). I am actually considering buying a new one from Halfords, I think that would allow me to take my fitness a bit more seriously - as I do miss going out on a bike.

@william1984 and I used to cycle quite often back in the day when PON was starting up.

My current bike is blue, not sure on the brand. I got it from Argos.

I have a purple one which i've had since i was a teenager. Now i would prefer blue but its just for riding so really that isn't an issue.

I've had mine for many years, it's black and I don't remember where my parents got me it from. It's at least 10 years old now, I used to struggle to climb to ride it but its served me well.

I haven't used mine for awhile, it might be best to go somewhere that specialises in them and ask. Just don't buy everything they say, especially if they end up wanting you to look at more expensive models.

A good quality one is the best idea if its within your budget, but not rediculously expensive.

No sorry @liampie, I’m a bit past it for cycling. I enjoy going for drives though.

Preferably i'd choose a blue one myself but all the brands have changed now so its just looking for a good quality one.
