I don't mind the Beatles music but I wouldn't class myself as a fan, this video is interesting with how it details the creation of the song.

I never knew that the song wasn't released on an album, you learn something everyday. Great video!

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
