"I Believe We Can Push On": Kellan Gordon Eyes Success at Notts County
Kellan Gordonโs journey to Notts is the kind of story that makes football special. From the highs at Crawley Town to returning to his roots, itโs a path many players donโt get to take. For us at Notts, itโs great to see his joy at being home. Itโs like the club and city give him new energy. This personal happiness can lead to good performances, both on and off the pitch. Itโs always a bonus when a player is as invested in the community as in the game. His aim to help despite challenges shows his strong character. Good on him and the team!

Notts Countyโs Jodi Jones Declares: โIโll Be Back Strongerโ After Tibia Fracture
I was gutted to see Jodi go down like that. His energy on the field is unmatched, and heโs been an incredible asset this season. The challenge was tough to watch, and it was obvious he was in pain, but seeing him try to carry on sums up his character. We need stronger officiating to protect our attacking players from such reckless challenges. Jodiโs attitude towards his recovery is commendable, and I have no doubt heโll return stronger. His words to the fans are truly motivating. Weโll be here, cheering for his comeback and supporting the team throughout this difficult period. Stay strong, Jodi!

Match Discussion: Game 8 - The Shrimps (A)
The match was filled with missed chances and frustrations. Despite dominating possession, Notts struggled to penetrate Morecambeโs solid defence. McGoldrick found himself isolated up front, and our lack of rhythm in the first half proved costly. Although the second half showed some improvement, particularly with the substitutions, it was too little too late. Plattโs equaliser was well-earned, but with better finishing, we could have secured a winner. The high foul count was concerning, as it disrupted any momentum we managed to build. Overall, it was a decent point, but thereโs definitely room for improvement.

Match Report: Notts County Held to a Frustrating 1-1 Draw at Morecambe
It was a game of missed opportunities and frustrations. Notts had the lion's share of possession but struggled to break down a resolute Morecambe defence. McGoldrick was starved of support upfront, and our lack of rhythm in the first half cost us. The second half saw some improvement, especially with the introductions off the bench, but it was too little too late. Platt's equaliser was well-deserved, but we could have easily grabbed a winner with better finishing. The foul count was troubling, as it disrupted any momentum we managed to build. All in all, a decent point, but definitely room for improvement.

Who is your Notts man of the match v Morecambe?
I voted for David McGoldrick, but to be fair, I could have voted for a few others. However, I felt McGoldrick put in the best personal and team performance.

Match Preview: Unbeaten Notts County Face Gillingham FCโs Resilient Defence in High-Stakes Clash
Iโm really looking forward to seeing how the boys measure up against Gillingham. The unbeaten run has been impressive, but this will be one of the stiffest challenges yet. Notts have shown incredible strength at home, particularly with the attacking performances. The injury list is a bit of a worry, especially with Curtis Edwards, Cedwyn Scott and Scott Robertson. But Stuart Maynard has instilled a fantastic team spirit, and I believe the lads will rise to the occasion. Gillinghamโs defence might be tough, but with our attacking prowess, we can break them down and grab the three points.

Junior Morias to Dagenham & Redbridge on loan.
I donโt see Junior Morias coming back. I think he will be on his way out when his contract runs out. I suspect they will extend his stay with them, and we will quietly forget he was here.

Stuart Maynard Reflects on Notts County's Depth Ahead of Gillingham Clash
I think Stuart Maynard is showing a good understanding of the squad. He canโt be faulted, and it wasnโt due to him that we went 2-0 down. It was partly because of him and Jodi Jones that we came back, as his changes gave Notts more to fight for. The swing of the game became more encouraging as you watched on. The football at times was stunning, and we could have had more than 4 goals, just like Bromley could have had 3.

"No One Can Handle Jones and Crowley at Their Best" โ Mark Stallard on Notts County's Dynamic Duo
I think when everyone in the team is playing well, we are unstoppable. Having key players who are clearly above this level is always encouraging, as it allows their quality to shine. Even David McGoldrick, at his age, is still showing both his class and experience. Heโs just as important as anyone. Itโs the squad that wins, draws, or loses, but it is special to have the talent of Dan Crowley and Jodi Jones among this squad.

Stuart Maynard Prepares Notts County for Tough Bromley FC Clash
Maynardโs tactical acumen will be tested against Bromley, a team known for their physical play and counter-attacks. His call for referees to protect players like Jodi Jones is essential, considering the rough treatment Jones often faces. Yet, Jones remains focused and professional, which is why his new contract is such a big win for us. The return of players like Alassana Jatta gives us an additional boost. Maynard's caution about the long road ahead is wise, but with the current form and unity within the team, itโs hard not to be optimistic. The fan support, especially away from home, adds another layer of strength to the squad.

Brazil and Argentina both lose in World Cup qualifiers
Colombia are a good team, so Iโm not surprised. Brazil are quite weak in defence now, as their best defenders are getting older.
-
Morecambe FC : Fact of the day
Itโs hard to keep going when you lose so many good players, but sanctions wonโt help. This is typical for clubs at this level. Look at Bradford City, theyโre a big club in League Two but struggle to keep their players. Yes, they have problems like the cost of their stadiumโs lease, but they also have a constant turnover of talent. Weโve been there too

Attendances at The San Sirrel
The attendances are brilliant. I can understand how it can be overwhelming, but we have been stuck in the lower leagues for too long. If anything, higher gates should help the club get out of this league. I heap nothing but praise on the club and our owners for the amazing transformation. It shows we are doing the right things, which should eventually lead to promotion.

Match Discussion: Game 5 - The Owd Reds (H)
Notts now have a much higher pressing game, where the moment they lose the ball, anyone is capable of winning it back. Losing Aaron Nemane seemed disappointing, but from a defensive point of view, I think we are stronger out wide. Nick Trousella could be the best player we have had on the left for some time. He is defensively solid and very good going forward. Accrington wasnโt so much awful as unable to play. They had attacks that could have got them back into the game, but defensively and in goal, Notts were top-notch.

Jodi Jones Nominated for Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month
Itโs brilliant to see Jodi Jones nominated for Player of the Month! Heโs easily been one of the standout players in League Two this season. With three assists and two goals, his contribution is undeniable. His quick feet and sharp dribbling make him so exciting to watch, and he has a knack for turning matches in our favour.

Match Report: David McGoldrick at the Double as Magpies Secure Confident Home Win
Brilliant result! McGoldrickโs finishing was on another level. Bass in goal was outstanding, making critical saves when needed. Abbottโs work in midfield was top-notch, breaking up play and linking up well. Solid performance from the team, against a disappointing dirty Accrington Stanley.

Alex Bass Prepares for the Challenge Ahead: Notts County Keeper Focused on Maintaining Form
I think this article really highlights how important it is for a player to feel settled. Alex Bass has had a tough few years moving around to different clubs, but it seems like heโs finally found a home at Notts County. Itโs good to see him thriving here, especially with the faith the manager has shown in him. Heโs been a solid presence in goal, and I think the fans appreciate his commitment and hard work. Itโll be interesting to see how he continues to grow as the season progresses, and Iโm sure heโll play a big part in any success we have this year.

Match Discussion: Game 4 - The Robins (A)
Today's victory was a solid win. It's great to secure a win away from home so early in the season. David McGoldrick once again demonstrated his experience and ability to turn games around with his two excellent goals. I'm pleased with the win.
