Throwing beer about at The Nest
If youβre planning to visit The Nest for one of these premium events, donβt forget to bring a collapsible umbrella. Be prepared to open it at a momentβs notice, especially when a goal seems imminent. But if youβre attending an England game, thereβs no need to worry. The chances of needing an umbrella are quite low. Of course, Iβm only jesting. After all, who wants to resemble Steve McLaren watching an England match?

Where are they now : Tom Crawford
Oh, give over! I might have mentioned once or twice that I wouldnβt mind him returning. I might have commented on his good performances or goals for Hartlepool. I might have even used his picture as my display picture and on Twitter. But that doesnβt mean Iβm not chuffed. Iβm glad heβs found a club, and I hope he does well for them.

Notts County Unveils Stylish New Home Shirt for 2024-25 League Two Season
The home shirt seems nice to me, and Iβm quite pleased with the design. The club has demonstrated some creativity with this concept, which might not be fully appreciated. However, when we eventually return to a more traditional look, it will feel fresh. I commend the club for trying something different once again.

Farewell Rawlinson
Five years show how much better the club is because, under different regimes, Connell Rawlinson would have left sooner. Not because he didn't do well; I think he was solid in his first season and did well in his second. The club would have just moved on from the plan, signed a different player, and never allowed more than a handful to settle. Rawlo is a great guy, and Iβm very thankful we had him and gave him last season. I hope he finds a club that will respect him and get the best out of what he offers.

England v Slovakia: Pre & Post Match Analysis.
They are flourishing as a footballing nation, playing very well and showing no fear. Their current world ranking counts for nothing, as it will be higher thanks to this competition. They deserve credit for the way they played, just as much as England does for turning it around when it seemed all over. We can hope for a better performance against Switzerland.

I'm Oblivious To It?
Today showed we have better in-form players who deserve to be there ahead of Jack Grealish. Personally, I think his partying spirit has affected his game, not Manchester City. He should be making a big impact but is now failing to even make their team.

Connell Rawlinson Bids Emotional Farewell to Notts County Fans
Should Connell Rawlinson peruse the messages sent his way, we hope he realises the depth of our gratitude as supporters. Any negative comments are overshadowed by the expressions of thanks for his contributions as a Notts player. He was a defender who consistently put in a strong effort. His dedication will be the lasting memory we hold of him.

Connell Rawlinsonβs Departure: Five Memorable Years at Meadow Lane
Connell Rawlinson has had a commendable stint with Notts, stepping up when we needed someone to fight for the team. Heβs shown bravery, often putting himself at risk. Itβs unfortunate to see him go, but the timing seems right. I hope he finds a new club that suits him well.

Susie Dent's word of the day
βBang-a-bonkβ is a term I will not come across again in my lifetime. The βbangβ portion does lend it a somewhat cheeky connotation, doesnβt it?

The Nest/Fan Zone: Update.
I sincerely hope that Notts doesnβt impose high prices on our loyal supporters. It would be beneficial to keep things accessible and gradually ensure that Notts owns all the food stalls. However, these stalls should be operated by independent individuals. This approach could generate more revenue, rather than just taking a percentage of the earnings for the space occupied. Itβs a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Notts County Fans Hopeful Amid Transfer Rumours Surrounding Macaulay Langstaff
Notts is in a strong position. They have the power to either accept or reject any bids. Until thereβs an official announcement to the contrary, Macaulay Langstaff remains a valued member of our team!

Pride of Nottingham: The Epicentre for Notts County Fans
@Fan of Big Tone Hey, letβs not be too hard on Super! Heβs an honorary Notts fan. Besides, when weβre feeling low, he can always lift our spirits with updates on how his beloved Derby is performing. ????????????

Dolly Parton & Wrexham
I would be astonished if folks from Wrexham genuinely had an interest in Dolly Parton. I barely recognise her myself. Iβm aware sheβs a country singer, but her current relevance seems rather minimal. Unless Wrexham boasts a large number of fans who are, letβs say, seasoned gentlemen, I doubt they would be particularly concerned.

Will Evans at the San Sirrel ?
I believe the image was shared as a reel on Will Evansβ Instagram account. I canβt confirm it, but thereβs a chance we might be getting teased by him. You know, itβs like people adding 2 + 2 and coming up with 5. Presumably, as I mentioned in my comment above.

Pride of Nottingham: Update June 2024
Excellent updates, Boss! Iβm confident that any alterations will prove beneficial and Iβm eager to witness the growth of the site. Ideally, we could benefit from an additional one or two moderators and hopefully, individuals will step up for these roles. We have some fantastic members in our community who might be able to assist.

New OS site
Yes, it appears much improved! The website is pleasant but enhancements to the navigation would be appreciated. It functions well on mobile, however, on desktop and tablet, the menu seems to cut out. Itβs delightful to see us operating on a stunning OS.

Curtis Edwards Excited for βBrilliant Fitβ with Notts County
Curtis Edwards seems to be a promising addition to the team. His thoughtful responses to the Notts County media teamβs questions suggest that he is focused and determined. We need players who bring something unique to the table, and I am hopeful that he will work hard for us on the pitch.

Matt Palmer Interview & Catch up.
Wouldnβt it be fantastic to have a team filled with players like Matt Palmer? Itβs great to see him back, focusing on his fitness and working towards rejoining the starting line-up. He exudes quality, so Iβm eager to see Palmer back in the squad on match days.

Curtis Edwards joins Notts
I came across a piece of information, possibly on Twitter, that Curtis Edwards had a stint with Woking while he was between clubs and looking for a league team. Itβs likely that Ian Burchnall recommended him to Michael Doyle, or perhaps Edwards consulted with Burchnall who then suggested Doyle. Regardless, itβs all come full circle now and heβs here with us. At first glance, he seems more like a coach or fitness trainer than a footballer, but Iβm not one to judge. It was just an initial impression when I saw his photo. Iβm confident heβll prove to be a quality addition.

Notts betting odds outside automatic promotion
With those odds, Iβm actually considering putting down a tenner. Anything more seems a bit steep, but those are decent odds for those who are game. Iβve got a strong hunch that the squad and Stuart Maynard will hit the mark in the upcoming season.
