The way you describe the match tallies with the conclusion I came to while listening to the radio almost exactly.

The first half sounded like Notts were under seige and it was just a matter of time before Carlisle scored. The second half Notts sounded in it much more,so what changed?Tactics, subs, formation,Carlisle?

The second half sounded like a big improvement on the first half. What changed?

Did anyone go who can give player ratings please(or have I missed them)?

I always think a point away from home is acceptable whoever the opposition but it is really galling to concede so near to the final whistle..

Tomorrow is also a big test for my lot as well as Notts.Rams had a blank Saturday last week ,thanks to the international break, but 2 weeks ago while Notts lost 4 - 0 away to Barnsley,Derby were humiliatated at home 3 - 0 by a resurgent Aston Villa.I;m hoping tomorrow sees a return to winning ways for both my teams

I know Neal Ardley won't be in charge tomorrow but I hope 'The new manager effect' happens tomorrow. Also the players have had a week to think about the last defeat and ought to be bursting to put things right.

This is a tough fixture but will it be the game where Notts at last get a result their recent performances deserve?

A chairman who backs his manager and fans who question the quality of signings. That sounds very familiar to me.Until Frank Lampard arrived some of the signings(not all) for my lot were soon being criticised as a waste of money but at the time of signing most fans were very happy.Wasn't that the case at Notts. The only criticism I recall was that certain positions were overlooked and not strengthened and these positions are still the main problem.Down to the manager to correct.

Sounds to me like quite a few players can expect a very hard time in training.Quite right too

I hope HK's comments sink in and the players respond positively.

Thanks @TheSkipper

Well done Caitlyn and congratulations on winning. What a lovely photo of you holding your brilliant drawing too.

I've edited the manager @Fan of Big ToneHope it doesn't change again before Saturday

I have a positive feeling.A win for Notts and much needed confidence boost for players and fans.Fingers crossed I'm right.

Great article @Lozzle1 Of course KN needs time and plenty of it(And so does Frank Lampard with my lot).A similar situation at both of my teams- loads of new faces, injuries hampering a more settled team selection.different tactics etc etc..IT WILL all eventually come together and when it does the moaners will still find something to moan about!

I can't argue against much there.Hope the next Vlog is more upbeat. Thanks @ARLukomski

Boro will probably rest a player or two and give other players game time.I expect KN to do the same.

Good luck Notts.Come on let's have a win and a good performance.

Yes,but did you like it @Magic magpie

Terrific post @samwatto2008 I rely on PoN to keep me up to date with my 2nd team and this is exactly what I need. Thanks so much .I look forward to reading more from you in the future.Excellent

I think it's the same at every club @Fan of Big Tone ,some so called fans are never happy unless they have somethimg to moan about.

I notice the date of this article @Joe Jones

Looking forward to watching on BT with @GrannyPie.This could very well be a banana skin but I don't really expect a Salford repeat.I wont jinx the result with a forecast ,just wish you Pies all the best.

Fans accept defeat if the performance has been of a reasonable standard and the players have given their all. Even after a really good performance and result there always some fans who will have a moan, criticise certain players and question the managers team selection and tactics. This is football,it happens at all clubs.Stay positive,Notts have come a long way in a very short time !
