  1. It's only a bit of wind, football is football after. I won't miss a home game due to a little rain or wind.
  2. Whatever happens, it happens. It wouldn't be a loss at all if Notts went out but winning could breed confidence, or provide a distraction. It all depends. I can see Notts winning 1-0.
  3. Jim O'Brien will be back, that was disclosed in the updated from Neal Ardley. I would imagine some of the other players might make a return to the bench, I don't think Ardley would give it all away in an interview. Chesterfield defend as poorly as Notts does when they switch off. This encounter could be more interesting or just comical overall.
  4. Fair opinion on the away games this season, I didn't expect it to be such a good read.
  5. I don't how much about Dover, or most teams in this league. I do know when Notts plays well or as a team we are harder to beat. On the day it will go down to whoever wants the points more, you have to take what chances come. I'm hoping that we see a good entertaining game.
  6. Wes Thomas and Kyle Wootton up top! Alex Lacey and Connell Rawlinson at the back, Notts will be rock solid.
  7. A cleansheet would be a sign that things are adjusting nicely, performances seem to be quite level at the moment. I just wished Notts could win a team cleanly and by a few goals, it would provide a lot of confidence and would encourage fans to get behind the momentum. I don't know much about Bromley, just need to work harder than them I feel.
  8. Good lively game, I felt like Notts remained on top of it and pushed on after Doyle's rush of blood.
  9. If Notts loses, or draws it will lead only to unrest. The squad needs to give a performance which shows they're progressing and Neal Ardley must encourage this as an exception from. Sutton are a team we should be winning, there's nothing to suggest we can't.
  10. It would be good to see Notts absolutely rip a club a part, I think it will happen but Wrexham seem too good for that. I would agree with everyone else who believes it will be a draw.
  11. Very poor defending cost Notts the game, the players just never turned up and Kane Hemmings effort never seemed more than a consolation goal.
  12. The players need to work harder and ensure they get the win, it doesn't matter about the performance but it does matter that we take all three points.
  13. Good opening tempo from Notts, they are playing well so far. Thomas missed a pearl of a chance.
  14. A good draw this weekend against Lincoln, I feel very confident about it. 1-1 Hemmings to score.
  15. Great job with the video. The second fan spoke a lot of sense, sign him up.
  16. Good three points, its more like the Notts County we all love. Determined fight on the field.
  17. Fullarton may have joined you if you had waited.
  18. Downloading it via the MP3 player, I hope I can figure out how to get it do play on my phone.
  19. Good control for the goal, he took it very well. Nice write up.
  20. It seems we have not learned much since last season, we need to hold onto points and stop making it harder on ourselves. We have big Roy to thank for the scoreline being much less.
  21. Lets just defend our home soil! We must kick our home season off with a win.
  22. So early on and we are already plagued by suspensions, injuries and playing missing in action. What's happened the the left back we signed from Derby and Adams? Our squad should have the quality we need. Yet I must say Stead being absent will be a major blow, as will Noble.
  23. Fantastic result, its like having the old Notts County back but with a squad full of depth. If we can hang to some of these players next year, I think results like this will be all the more common. Bring on Arsenal or United.
  24. "it's a great honour, but we are all captains really and we have to work hard, especially after what happened when we got relegated last season." What a keeper!
  25. I am happy myself, the signings so far appear to be spot on and if the committee are responsible for backing Ricardo fair enough.
