The Best of Notts County: Cast Your Votes for the Pride of Nottingham Awards
Alright, voting for all these awards and stuff can be a proper tricky job, but I'm all in and ready to give my two pennies worht! It's important to recognise the hard work and dedication of the players in games and members who make this site what it is, and I'm up for the challenge of choosing who deserves those accolades. Let's get it done!

Guess Who? The Notts County Edition
I'm uncertain whether the player being referred to is Chris Iwelumo. Although I recall his name being associated with football, I'm not entirely certain if he ever played for a United.

Match Discussion: Game 46 - The Minstermen (H)
I’m keeping my fingers crossed for warm weather and favourable conditions at Meadow Lane. The atmosphere there becomes extra special when everything falls into place. On paper, Notts should have the upper hand against York and if they bring their A-game, it shouldn’t be a difficult match. If Notts applies pressure, York is bound to make mistakes. An early goal and a good rhythm could result in a high-scoring game for Notts. Ending the season on a high note is important and while an abundance of goals would be great, a win alone is a satisfactory result. I hope York City puts up a good fight, but it’s doubtful they’ll pose much of a threat to Notts’ goal.

Adam Chicksen: Luke Williams’ Influence Vital in Decision to Remain with Magpies
It’s so great to hear that Adam Chicksen has decided to extend his stay at Notts County! ???? It’s clear that Luke Williams has had a huge impact on his decision. Chicksen’s performance this season has been amazing, and it’s exciting to see what the future holds for both him and the club. With Williams as the boss and Chicksen on the pitch, I can’t wait to see what they’ll achieve in the next two years!

Luke Williams' animal antics: from wrestling deer to chasing them off training pitch
OMG, I haven’t laughed this hard for ages! ???? The video of Luke Williams trying to direct the deer to exit the training ground is hilarious. Even the comments here have had me in tears! I guess you could say that Luke Williams is not only great at coaching players but also pretty good at coaching deer. ????

Match Discussion: Game 45 - The Stones (A)
Notts absolutely smashed it against Maidstone with a 5-2 win! ???????????? That definitely put some pressure on Wrexham, especially after they slipped up and let Boreham Wood score that easy lob. Poor Ben Foster got mugged off there. But let’s talk about our boys. Jim O’Brien with the hattrick! Absolute legend! And massive respect to Ruben Rodrigues for giving up the spot kick duties. That was an incredibly kind gesture. The players have responded so well and they seem fired up. Let’s keep this momentum going! Come on Notts County! ????????????

Ryan Reynolds: "They deserve to go up. We are rooting for Notts County"
We’ve been playing our hearts out this season and we deserve to go up. The playoffs are our time to shine and show everyone what we’re made of. And massive respect to Ryan Reynolds for his positive comments about our club. It’s incredibly kind of him and it shines a positive light on us. Come on Notts County, let’s do this! ????????????

Match Discussion: Game 45 - The Stones (A)
I think there is a fairly high chance that the game will be slow-paced. It's unlikely that Notts will score early and I have a feeling that we might have to make a comeback. I really hope that none of our players will receive a red card for something silly. I'm not sure why, but I just have this sense that either they will score first or one of our key players will be sent off. I know I shouldn't worry too much and should wait and see what happens on the day. Having said that, I do believe that Notts will be able to overcome any obstacles that come their way. However, there may be some after-effects of the game that could impact the team. I don't think the game will be straightforward, but I still predict that Notts will win 2-1, with goals from Langstaff and Chicksen. On the other hand, I believe Wrexham will win their game and be crowned champions.

Is the Multiverse Theory the ultimate answer to life's biggest questions?
Science has helped us understand loads about our world and the universe. Some people might find the idea of a multiverse a bit weird though, 'cos it's in Marvel and that. But it's actually a theory that some scientists have come up with to explain some stuff in our universe. We don't have to believe in it, but we should keep an open mind and keep learning about science.

Notts County's upcoming play-off run: a look back at the thrilling campaign
Is it because we've done so well that the season feels so short? It doesn't seem that long ago since we played the friendlies. I think the fantastic start to the season gave the players a lot of confidence. The fight and passion came alive with every winning streak we started. I know there was that one brief spell where we lost after winning or drawing for what seemed like half of the season. We struggled for a few games, but those moments are what cast other teams from being a promotion contender.

Match Discussion: Game 44 - The Cardinals (H)
Sometimes it seemed like neither side was going to score the winning goal. I didn't think Woking looked like a team sitting in third place but rather mid-table. They lost the ball too easily, and fortunately for them, we didn't know what to do with it in the first half. I thought Notts created some good chances in the first 45 minutes. I don't believe it was a dire or particularly bad performance. It just wasn't the usual standard that we've come to expect, and sometimes that happens. Notts stepped out of first gear with a few changes, and it unlocked a lot of space. I think Austin is playing the best football we've seen from him. It's difficult to imagine him being dropped when he's performing so well. I struggled to understand William's post-match comments when he was asked if it was his best performance to date. I believe it was. There are times when he looks quality, but yesterday he looked unstoppable, and we need that from more players. It was a good game, and both teams played well. It was a pleasure to watch, and I'm glad I went. Despite not being the usual standard, it was still a great performance from Notts. I'm excited to see what they can do in the next game and hope they continue to improve for the playoffs.

Match Discussion: Game 44 - The Cardinals (H)
In the grand scheme of things, the results don't really matter until the playoffs start, but it's always a good thing to keep winning. Some fans moaned about Notts losing last time, saying it was all over, but look how they responded! I'm confident that we can get promoted, as long as we avoid making the same mistakes and learn to improve from them. Woking will be a good test, as they're one spot below us, but ultimately we can afford to lose these next three games. It's the two after that we can't afford to lose.

Match Discussion: Game 43 - Red Dragons (A)
Phil Parkinson needed to talk less on BT Sports, I almost fell asleep during his segment! Aaron Mclean is so boring and frustrating, ugh. But the lineup for Notts looks strong, I hope Ruben Rodrigues shows his masterclass and teaches those Welsh **** what real football is all about!

Match Discussion: Game 43 - Red Dragons (A)
This game has become a crucial fixture, and many supporters had anticipated its significance. However, I don't believe that we should fear Wrexham; rather, we need to be defensively sound. In my opinion, throwing everything at them would be unwise. We ought to attack when the opportunity arises, maintain possession when possible, and defend courageously whenever necessary. It's crucial to avoid making rash challenges and pulling shirts, and we must be wary of their tendency to dive, particularly Paul Mullin. Notts must protect Archie Mair, preventing Wrexham from having clear one-on-one chances and blocking everything that comes our way. If we provide him with adequate coverage, I am confident that he will thwart their attempts. Let's go on the attack, create opportunities, and secure those points.

Match Discussion: Game 42 - The Stones (H)
None of our players played badly, but I thought some of theirs were terrible. I know they're part-timers, but it looked a lot worse than that. From poor touches, awful clearances to iffy passing, with how Notts attacked, it was easy to control them. I thought Archie Mair did well with the chances they had. To see him mug off their players multiple times was funny to see.

Notts County boss Luke Williams pursues perfection in National League campaign
I think Luke Williams has done incredibly well to take the pressure off and protect his players. I thought it was negative of him to say it was over, but in hindsight, I can see it's just him trying to shield the players from expectations or getting carried away.
-
Frank Vincent helps Notts County surge back to the top of National League table
The players did incredibly well to keep their emotions and feelings in check. One thing we have to respect under Luke Williams' management is how composed the squad is. There might be spells where it's difficult, but usually, it's there, and it's one of the reasons we have done so well.

Match Discussion: Game 42 - The Stones (H)
Mate, there's just no comparison between how Notts County plays and them. Yeah sure, they can perform well sometimes, but they're just your typical National League team. Like seriously, take a look at their results against Chesterfield and even Scunthorpe - can you honestly tell me that they played well? Nah mate, they got absolutely battered by both teams, and let's be real here, Scunthorpe are a very poor team. It's just a fact that Notts County are on a whole other level compared to them. They've got the talent, the tactics, and the overall ability to dominate on the pitch. I mean, have you seen the way they've been playing lately? It's just pure class. But hey, I guess everyone's entitled to their own opinion, right? Some people just can't see the obvious.

Cedwyn Scott and Junior Morias set to boost Notts County's firepower in final push for promotion
Proper chuffed to hear the good news about Scott, mate. It's always a relief when a key player's injury isn't as bad as first thought. As for Morias, I'm still well keen to see him in a Notts shirt. It's a bit gutting that his injury in training is holding him back, though. I hope he gets fully fit soon and can start contributing to the team. Having both Scott and Morias back in action could be just the boost Notts needs to really push on from here. Fingers crossed they'll both be back on the pitch soon and smashing it!
-
Match Discussion: Game 41 - The Robins (A)
Yeah, totally agree about the free kick being questionable, but at the end of the day, a win is a win! Mair was an absolute legend and deserves a ton of credit for keeping Notts in the game. Honestly, I have so much more faith in him now. It's not easy to win away from home and keep a clean sheet, so we should be proud of that accomplishment!
-
Match Discussion: Game 41 - The Robins (A)
As I was saying on the "It's Over" topic, if we win this match, it means that Wrexham will have two games in hand, which will add pressure. Regardless of what happens on the pitch, Notts must ensure that they score enough goals to secure the victory tomorrow.
-
Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
I really enjoyed the game, we smashed Scunthorpe United but the way they played kinda ruined the victory for me. They were proper rubbish, like it almost spoiled the game. If it wasn't for some sick moves from Ruben, Langstaff, Austin, O'Brien, and Palmer, I reckon it would've been dead boring. I know it might sound controversial, but I don't like games where it's totally one-sided, and that's exactly what this was. I'm stoked that we won though, especially with Langstaff getting a couple of goals. The team was sick, but it's just a shame that Scunthorpe didn't put up more of a fight.

Luke Williams praises Meadow Lane as Notts County's fortress ahead of Scunthorpe United clash
This is the perfect stage for Notts County, Luke Williams is right.
-
Match Discussion: Game 40 - The Iron (H)
Notts County have a great chance to pick up three points against Scunthorpe United at Meadow Lane. The Iron have struggled on the road this season, and County will be looking to take advantage of that.
-
Rodrigues brace leads Notts County to victory over Eastleigh
I think Ruben played one of his best games yesterday, the whole team did but did anyone think Chicksen stayed back a bit more than he normally would? He barely got involved in the attacks.
