I’ll be watching Sky Sports from behind the sofa, a bit like I did Dr. Who as a kid, I’m very nervous going into this game. As others have pointed out they are very physical and our players need to stand up to them but not be drawn into getting silly yellows or reds. COME ON YOU PIES!

Hi everyone, isn't it a lovely day? We’ve started another 100,000 steps challenge for April on Strava, it sounds a lot harder than it actually is we’ve only got to do around 3,300 per day and we can do that just walking through our town and back, so we are hoping to not only complete the 100,000 but do another 50,000 on top, as long as the weather is good and we stay healthy we think we may be able to do it, we just need to do 5000 steps a day. 🚶♀️ That reminds me of a song.
