RIP Carl Weathers

Sad news indeed. He was a great in the Rocky series and I also remember him in Predator. Got to admit that I absolutely loved him in Happy Gilmore as Chubbs Peterson, maybe a bit biased as it is one of my favourite films but he showed he could also do comedy.

RIP Chubbs, loved your films.

????????????

I’m sorry to say I’ve never heard of him but it’s sad when anyone passes, especially for his loved ones left behind.

@Fozzy Happy Gilmore is great film. Adam Sandler films are brilliantly funny. Chubbs was a great character.

@Fan of Big Tone Really? I'm surprised, not even a single Rocky film or Predator?

No sorry I’m not really a film buff, never seen any Rocky films or Predator they aren’t to my taste, I may have seen him in something but I don’t know the name.

I'd like to pay respects to the late Carl Weathers, an actor who recently passed away. His contributions to the world of entertainment will be remembered, and he leaves behind a lasting impact on film and television. Rest in Peace.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
