Should Stuart Maynard be allowed to stay or should he go?

I would hate to start off the next season with a couple of losses and having fans screaming for Maynard`s head. Let`s just face it. Overall, Maynard is not a fan favourite. He lacks the ability to create entusiasm. He lacks the much needed authority and aura. Sadly, I think this is only going one way. However, I do think the board decides to let him stay for now.

I've voted "don't know" I'll let the owners decide that one, whatever they decide I will back them.

FoBT. Yes, totally correct. NCFC belongs to The Brothers, we are supporters.

Some of the rubbish posted on so called supporter sites is a disgrace. 'Sack Maynard and the recruitment team ' was one comment on Its All Black and White earlier.

A chance of promotion lost through some wrong choices? Maybe. Too many injuries at the wrong time? Probably. Significant progress over the last 5 years? Totally. And absolutely  and undeniable down to The Brothers, their management recruitment and their policies.

Will we win every game next season by divine right as demanded by the keyboard warriors? Definitely not. However, further progress will be made.

Looking forward to an interesting summer. The Brothers and Maynard will reflect and learn. Shame some of the keyboard warriors can't 😒

To be fair, no one thinks we should win every game, that's just nonsense. This season was a golden opportunity to win promotion. We had the squad to match up against any side in the division. Too many times we were simply outmanaged or outcoached. The same tactics time and again. So if SM does stay, let's hope he'll learn to adapt and actually win games against the teams around us.

I've tried to be patient and give Maynard time.

However, the style of football he offers is horrendous.

On the motivation scale he's a Monday morning.
