Wimbledon?

Anyone interested in tennis, anyone glued to the box?

Personally I hate it, what about you?

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

Wimbledon is the only Grand Slam I have a passing interest in. Tennis on grass seems more natural IMO. I used to know a lot more about tennis, but not anymore. I'd struggle to name 6 of the top 10 mens or womens players in the world.

I don't mind watching women's tennis, the long rallies make it a good spectacle. Men's tennis, on the other hand, often comes down to who can serve it hardest. Very dull.

Lawn Tennis if you would be so kind.... peasants :P

Ooopppsss sorry me Lord! Maybe they should paint the grass blue just for you. It might be a bad time to admit to being a Tory.

(Because I think the phrase reap what thy sow will be used a lot on 8th July by people such as my self to the rest of the people who bought into the lies on the 7th May. When Osborne takes his axe to the people that need it most I'm sure some will say "but you told is to trust you!")

I wasn't expecting you to serve up a political post there @hissingdwarf. Chances are @PTID1862 will turn it to his advantage. To be fair, he is probably just nostalgic for the days of umpire.

i used to play quite a bit of tennis from the age of about 13 -16,especially during school holidays but haven't played since.I'll probably watch Murray's games but be selective on the rest of the tournament.

Every opportunity available to me @DangerousSausage!!!

(Especially now as I spent all weekend talking to all four candidates for the Labour leadership race. Went to the general speeches, went to private meetings with all four after that and all four are genuinely worried about the state of the country after the 'emergency budget.')

The ball is in their court.

I can't stand watching it, all the noises are extremely unnecessary and being honest it annoys the life out of me (especially lady players).

Very few times do I actually enjoy watching Tennis, in fact I don't recall one game. I'm afraid it's not really a sport I have much interest in, I am mainly just obsessed with football. That said, I do like playing Tennis and see why people like the sports.

A field where dreams become reality.

One of the best things about living here! No over hyping sports like this. No, I do not watch it.

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.
