Good morning all, I hope we are all not feeling too down after last nights disappointment, there will be better days... Hopefully.

Today is a mix of sun and cloud our camper van is loaded and we are off up North where I've heard it is grim, not too grim I hope. We are also popping in to see an old colleague on the way so looking forward to that.

Just watched the highlights of Bilbao dismantling Barcelona. The first goal was incredible. 4-0 it finished.

I spent the day down at the allotment with the poorly hubby, helped him prepare his veg orders, picking tomato's, bean, lettuce, blackberries, potato's etc, really enjoyed my day down there. Must do it again sometime.

Arrived home safely after two glorious weeks in Norfolk. Then had to arrange with the decorator to come back Monday as not happy with the ceiling he's painted in the front room.

Out to get a new carpet sorted for the en-suite bathroom which the wifey will dutifully fit tomorrow (I can't do carpets!!!)

Shops to get food for next day.

Tomorrow is an even busier one with picking up the dog from her hols at wifeys parents, watching the wife fit the carpet! Generally tidying up and putting the house back together after having the builders in!

Got to sort out the wifes registration for Labour leader vote as managed to persuade her to register before the deadline...and before @PTID1862 starts giving it some...More than 600000 are now registered to vote. Estimated entryism votes 1620. Not so sure the Tories could say their membership has ever gone up so much.

I didn't feel well yesterday, I couldn't sleep the night before because some 'firm' wannabe jerk barged passed me and in the process he caught my knee. For reasons unknown he even tried to kick off. I've never known anything like it, yet I saw many things in the kop which made me feel very uneasy and unsure if I would be to take Jake when it's expected to be busy.

I'm going to catch soon sleep shortly, though I spent most of yesterday sleeping.
