I'd say one of Ray's issues is that he hasn't managed expectations very well.

We all have our down falls, one for me would be listening to rational reason.

was it palace a few years back who did something similar? i remember a chairman interrupted a manager team talk at half time, so then the manager decided to walk out. later it was announced he had been sacked or resigned.
