So the rumour is grant won’t be returning to notts next season.. but if that changed or was wrong would you welcome him back.

We didn't expect him back this past season and, it happened - I wouldn't blame him to try his hands at League One but I do feel if he's wanting to progress his career that he should give League Two another go. Come back for one more promotion push, gain consistency and just go for it.

Jorge Grants a fine player.

Notts would be much stronger within him on our squad sheet than without and Kevin Nolan will need to fill some big boots this summer.

Well we’ll see but yes I would definitely love it if he returned, he has the skill to turn a game and score vital goals from midfield.

I won’t be surprised if he goes to a league one club though, he is ambitious and a footballers career is a short one.

I love him as a player, hes not necessarily quick, but he is technical, always looks to go forward and can cut inside really well. His goal tally this year sums it up for me. A right midfielder scoring that many goals is such an achievement. I think we have broke ties with Forest after the whole Yates situation. So would have to build another bridge there. But I would love him back, I think he sees himself at Notts County now anyway. Hes learnt a lot under Nolan and I think Meadow Lane is where he wants to be.

I'd love to have him back, he's a quality player. However, his parent club would probably prefer him to be playing a division higher, and no doubt he'd be up for that too. Sadly, I think our only realistic chance to hold on to him was to win promotion.
