Happy Father's Day :)

I only got to speak with mine for about 15 minutes, he's not in the UK at the moment.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Didn't get to speak to my dad today, we lost him back in March. First dads day without him. RIP my lovely dad. I've ordered a plague for him on the Notts wall at Meadow Lane.

Happy Father's day @super_ram - I hope you enjoy your new Derby shirt.

I've mostly been resting, I hurt my foot recently and I have struggled to work since. I did manage to go out briefly for a bit with my family and, we ended up with having KFC. The kids have been making a big fuss, having created their own cards for me - so its been a nice day.

A sad day for @magpiejue and a bit of a sad day for me too, I used to get two cards but now only one since my youngest son passed away aged 30.

Eldest lad brought me a lovely card and a couple of bottles of real ale but best of all a big hug.

i got a lovely pink Begonia from my daugher to cheer me up and we went out for lunch to The Newdigate at West Hallam, had a lovely carvery, then had to spend half an hour or so at the Minor Injuries Unit at Ilkeston hospital, as Harvey fell from a hedge he was climbing and got a thorn in his arm. Its out now thank goodness and he's recovering nicely.

  • He’s a proper lad that one, sounds like our youngest grandson Freddie, he’s got more cuts, scrapes and grazes on him than a little. :joker:
