All the small underdog type teams seem to be doing well in the World Cup, it doesn’t bode well for tomorrow’s match against Tunisia, remember Iceland anyone?

not really, it did not help saudi arabia against russia who are pretty poor. i think england tend to do well against tunisia, we just have to keep the ball and work on making them panic at the back.

I'm more worried about Belgium myself.

They have some good players, they're a bit overrated but I think England needs to win the group to ensure making it past another stage.

Our track record is pretty good against Tunisia.

They'll play together, but I don't think they should cause us many problems. I think if anything we'll create our own problems. The England squad need to be confident, keeping a clean sheet and winning impressively would be good for confidence. I feel we can win the group, yet considering how other nations are doing - perhaps it will be a case of 2nd place may be good enough?

Like I say, I'm confident that the Three Lions can get the job started tonight.

Something would have to be messed up for England to lose, a draw is the worst case scenario for me.

If they play like they did the friendlies they will be hammered.

@Fan of Big Tone tempting fate a little are you not?

England will be fine, it's only Tunisia. They are no Iceland.. :ahappy:

I love seeing the underdog win

Yes but not tonight @Magic magpie

England almost took a game where we played very well, right out of their hands by botching up and allowing them to assert pressure. I think Kane's last goal comes with a bit of luck.

The pinnacle so far of underdogs for me is Mexico a team that’s all for one and one for all they can’t help but express their emotions at a goal and just to be there as well for them is a chance to shine and rep their country not themselfs
