Further then we thought we would get. More to come from this generation. The future is definitely bright.

Players like Foden, Sancho, Sessegnon, Trent, Cook, Loftus-Cheek and Lookman all showing promise

9, they played well at times but struggled in key games. they progressed to the semi finals which is where i think the players pressure grew. i cant discredit them on anything, they all tried and the fact that moaners got behind them for once says a lot too.

England played well enough throughout the tournament, I would have liked to see a stronger squad take on Belgium before we lost the semi final game but the players can come home happy.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

9. Very happy overall. I think the pressure at times dwelled on the players which for inexperienced people I think we really achieved something special. The squad will only grow but they did try and deserve acknowledgement for this.

Let's not get carried away rating them higher, they was lucky to progress after playing Colombia and other performances like against Belgium wasn't good. It was a good tournament for England though.
