Since it's a Sunday and most of us are preparing to go back to work, lets hear what your perfect Sunday roast dinner consists of?

If you don't make it yourself then where do you go to have one?

I only usually have one when I'm back visiting. But mine would consist of thinly sliced turkey or beef, loads of sprouts and a bit of broccoli boiled until nice and soft, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire puddings (fresh, not flat) and lots and lots of gravy. If it's Christmas simply add pigs in blankets and about a tonne of stuffing.

Roast leg of lamb, mint sauce, mash potatoes, roast potatoes, spring cabbage, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

Followed by treacle pudding and custard, all washed down with a nice glass of Merlot.

Heaven.

Roast chicken or lamb, typical veg and mash. Plenty of gravy!

This sounds good to me, Sunday is one thing I miss about food in the UK.
