A game of goals. Poor defence from both sides resulted in a 3-3 draw away at Colchester. While most fans would have taken a point at the start of the game ... they would not in the fashion of how the game panned out.

Szmodics gave The U's the lead after just 8 minutes but then Notts went through the gears and hit 3 past the sorry home team.

But in typical Notts fashion nothing is ever easy so we concede late in the first half and then what seemingly is a dive concede a penalty which was 100% going in before the ball was even kicked.

A good away point and with some results going our way it means next weeks game against Cambridge and the following week at Yeovil is 6 points we must take.

We got a point that’s all that matters .. we knew Neal would need time to sort things out.

We need to sort out the defence Duffy starting is not a good idea it seems every game he starts or playes In we conceive a silly amount of goals.

Time is all we need I feel we have the right manager Lessons will be learned from today

I'd be happy to take away 1 point at the moment, 3 points would be better but for how Notts are playing.. thats an improvement, even if its only slightly.

God save & preserve us !  Please get someone in with some balls who can marshal the defence and instil some grit. The boy Ben Barclay did well but we need a leader on the pitch.

It's a bit annoying that we can't maintain leads, I feel sorry for Ross but feel he needs more competition.

Richard Duffy has proven that he isn't good enough, yet he'll be forgiven and allowed to have more game time than others who do a lot better. Seriously it sums up Notts right now.

think it might help down the line to improve the away form, its been awful this season and notts needs to fight more defensively. not parking players behind the opposition but actually having a defensive lineup that can deal effectively the threats.
