He's in game decisions aren't very good, if things go wrong he can't solve them and I think this side is very weak in terms of his managerial. Still who knows how he can do without his own players, he's not really doing wonders.

The guy isn't adapting to the oppositions tactics very well. We needed to press Crewe and win the ball back quickly, so he puts Stead up front

I agree with your point, but if Hemmings could have finished from about 3 yards in front of the net, Stead would created a goal by closing them down.

Said in my vlog that if Hemmings scores he changes the game. Best thing Stead did all game but when you need to press the opposition you can't have him up front. He's so slow. That was the first time in the game where he actually closed down their centre-back

I can't comment on Crewe, but if it hadn't been for Ardley's signings in January it'd be all over bar the shouting. We are at least fighting for survival.

Unfortunately we don't have many options in reserve to impact a game. If we score first it suits us down to the ground, our problems start when we're chasing the game and struggling to make an impact. Who do we bring on in that case? Alessandra?

Hes far from the worst manager but he really doesnt know how to change tactics depending on how the other team is performing.

He’s  took responsibility for it that’s a true managers actions .. but based on we are on in the league we can’t afford many more games like that

His signings have made the difference since January mate that’s the truth with out doubt we have got some hard points out of games many thought we hadn’t .. but sir it’s games like Crewe we don’t need thats gunner set us back now confidence wise I know the day ended the way it started so that’s good points and league wise
