I was at the Derry City game the Friday before. Tiernan did very well. He could do nothing about the goal. It was a world class strike. He hadn't much to do against Shamrock Rovers. They had won the league the previous week and fielded a second string side. Cork City are in the relegation final next Friday night. Lose and they are relegated.
