i am curious what five a side squad you would end up with from the following options. please give some details as to who you chose at the end of your selections.

slocombe or brooks?

cameron or chicksen?

nemane or rodrigues?

jones or palmer?

langstaff or scott?

Sam Slocombe: Due to his experience
Kyle Cameron: I think defensive cover and leadership would be needed
Nemane: Simply for his pace
Palmer: To boss/control the middle
Langstaff: To get those goals needed to win

Adam Chicksen has been great during this campaign, but I do feel he's far better at attacking than that of defending. Ruben Rodrigues might be a popular choice, but I think even when Aaron Nemane isn't in the game, his pace offers something. Ruben is a fantastic player, but his decision-making can cause trouble, and he can become a bit greedy when he wants to win. Jodi Jones is dificult to leave out, but Matt Palmer is such a good passer of the ball. Scott would get goals, but nowehere near as many as Langstaff would.

i have gone for a goal machine with palmer being the only player i decided to select that probably would not get many. his passing and control would help to keep the ball.

Sam Slocombe

Adm Chicksen

Ruben Rodrigues

Matt Palmer

Macaulay Langstaff

I went with Adam Chicksen over Kyle Cameron because I would set a five-a-side team up to attack. If you do that, you won't have to defend as much.

Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

Tiernan Brooks ( I have so little confidence in Sam saving penalties)

edited...Chicksen (Although he rarely beats his man, his all round up and down game on consideration, just edges Cameron)

Ruben Rodrigues

Jodi Jones ( Palmer ain't a goal scoring midfielder)

Langstaff

Brooks - More agile than Sam, needed in 5-a-side

Cameron - The only proper defender to choose from and can  play a bit.

Ruben - It's five aside, I need the nutmeg king.

Palmer - Only having one defender means I need a link man

Langstaff -  5-a-side is all about goal poaching

As a side note, I once played in a 5-a-side tournament and my team won it, partly thanks to me having a 6-0 record on penalty saves throughout the tourney!
