Excellent news indeed, I would have been tempted to offer them a 3 year deal but this is still great.

Mind you, I might be tempted to literally tie them down for many more years if I was the chairman. These two are a breath of fresh air around around Meadow Lane and after rejecting his Premier League return to stay with us, I'd go ahead and give him a key to the stadium.

Good god, who was the last Notts gaffer to get a contract extension instead of a P45!? Honestly can't remember it ever happening!

 

Superb news though, finally, the club is seeing the light and getting some much needed stability. It's obvious Shaun has a long term vision for where he wants the club to be and how he wants to get there, it's crucial the club sticks by him. For a club like ours, stability is the key to success.
