This interview is really good, light humour makes it perfects.

Worth the watch on the BBC's page for us - Here..

Notts County manager Shaun Derry and assistant boss Greg Abbott talk about sharing a house, their close working relationship and a special bond which has earned them the nickname of "Mr & Mrs".

BBC East Midlands Today visited the duo prior to Saturday's game against Crawley Town to see if chief executive Jim Rodwell's good-natured jibe is accurate.

Derry and Abbott have been in charge of Notts County for just under a year and last season guided the club to unlikely League One survival.

That shows their great friendship, good understanding will be partly the reason for the success they are bringing to us.

I do like seeing laughter from the coaching staff, it will be good for the players. Yes, good interview that but I cannot stand Natalie Jackson, her voice, hair, just everything about her.

You're not the only one but I can cope.

Derry and Abbott are restoring something which as been missing from the club for many, many years. They are a good team, who have the ability to find players who suit what they want to see happen on the pitch.
