Was he the deserved Man of the Match?

When people ask what 'American Pie' is about, they're missing the point. The song isn't about the lines themselves - it's about what is between the lines. The song is about what isn't there.

Yes he was in my opinion he made some great mazy runs from midfield and put some good passes together.

Proud to be a Notts County Supporter for over 60 years.

He was "Man of the Season" tbh!

Can't remember the last time we had someone who floated round players as if they weren't there & whose first instinct was to take a man on. Reminded me of Mair, The Cat & Chiedozie - he was that good. Probably doesn't tackle enough or have the "work rate" for modern day coaches but he can dribble, yes, that long forgotten skill.

Worth the entrance money just to see him set off with the ball and leave opponents wondering where he went.

Trust me boys, he is absolutely unique. I can't think of another player he even resembles. If he feels the love from the manager, you'll be treated to some of the best football you'll see. The reason he is not an absolute superstar is probably down to fitness/injuries and work rate. But as far as raw talent goes you'll struggle to find anyone better. Enjoy the ride!!!

Sign him up, he could be a major player for us.

I think we have lacked someone with the ability to beat a man with skill. Once you bear a man it gives you a much better chance to create an opening, and since we lost Grealish we haven't really had that touch on the ball. Could Paddy be the answer? Let's hope so!

Whilst I agree in the most part of your post, the part I am struggling with is the "bear a man"? Is that some reference to the fish advert? Have you been watching too many Disney animated cartoons? ha ha

Only joking young man, what do you think now he has played a couple of games?

Paddy named in the top 25 players to play in the League Of Ireland:

Easily the most talented I ever witnessed in the league.
