Easter weekend. 2 games. Massive doesn't do it justice. Walsall are 4 points ahead of us and are in the relegation battle as well. Their form hasn't been great. It's a game we could win but we won't IMO. A draw would be acceptable, another point closer to safety. 1-1. Spencer.

At this stage every point is vital & I'd be happy with a point - on the basis thst we thrn beat Coventry on Monday. 4 points from those 2 games are essential imo. Anything less and I can't see us surviving tbh.

Walsall are inconsistent but capable of beating anybody. A fully fit and active Soencer will make a huge difference, he looked reasonably effective last week, just needs to get sharper - the quality is till there!

I'll go for 1 - 1. Come on you Piiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeees.

A draw would be a point gained, unless they equalise late on.

You Pies!

We will beat them, I am confident! Hart will want to get us out of the drop zone. 1-0 away win will do.

If we don't win, I am going to troll @sadlad...

He won't be too pleased if we don't get something because his side has a lot to answer! Kidding aside, I am confident and I think we can win them. I think Paul will have the tactics right, it's just a case of making sure we play well and with Jimmy upfront, I feel we can give a game to anyone. If only we could find a CB Jimmy and CM Jimmy, basically if only we could have a team of him.

COYP! 0-2 to us...

Clean Sheet? Not a hope on recent form. We will need to score at least 2 to win most likely.

Ermmm now the drugs have worn off... can I change my mind... I am not sure what I was thinking ..

that to me, sounded a very mediocre game played by two poor sides.. results haven't gone for us today either...

Coventry is now massive game

I'm floored. The calamity brothers got away with for a change. Walsall wasted the chances we created for them! 2 average sides. 51 points may not be enough for either side.

Shame we didn't get the "stonewall" penalty, 3 points would have done our confidence a world of good.

Coventry game is massive now and the pressure is really on.

That penalty claim will be interesting to look at later

Seems to me a game we would have lost, so a 0-0 draw seems pretty good. I heard we had a stone wall penalty turned down, I will access my opinion bases on seeing that but as it sounds, it seems we was unlucky. I haven't heard the commentary, just text updates but hopefully Monday we can grab what we require.

We will take the draw, it ain't bad.

We should have pushed for the win, I felt we just tried to play safe throughout the game and it was not all that exciting.

Surely we need a full time manager?

Posted

It was a penalty, @Blackville and I were only 10 yards away.

Yes defiantly a Penalty

A useful point today for the lads but results dint go our way.cant belive colchester won at vale park.were still in there scrapping away but we really need 3 points.massive game next monday and next sat vs yeovil.im going down to huish park for that one.these next 2 games could decide what league were in next season.win them and saftey is withen reach.lose em and ,gulp!!

If we follow yesterday's point up with a good result on Monday then it's a good point. I didn't really know what to think by full time yesterday. A draw was a fair result I think, but in a strange sort of way it felt a bit like two points dropped with the chances we had in the second half. Mind you, they did hit the woodwork a couple of times and Carroll produced one of the best saves I've seen all season. Certainly don't think we sat back though, if either side was going to win it in the last twenty minutes it was going to be us.

How good is it to have Jimmy back? Great to have someone finally holding the ball up again. Surely we have to try Jimmy up front with somebody? Look how good he was with Murray last year.

Bajner looks like he's improving - certainly not afraid to put himself about, he gave their two centre halves hell for that final half hour. He's still young and inexperienced so can only get better.

Not having Newton though, looks totally out of his depth and can't cross a football to save his life.

Seven more points would be enough I think. Yeovil next Satuday is an absolute must win game. No excuses with that one - they're a truly awful side and nothing less than a win will be good enough
