Will we stay up?

Recommended Posts

I was going to start a thread on League Two, but scrubbed it. We'll have plenty of time to think about that when/if the time comes. We have three more matches, the next two at home. Time to roar on the boys, in the hope we can muster enough points to limp over the line.

I've found a good calculator for predicting the remaining games - http://www.thefishy.co.uk/calculator1.php - give it a go, and be honest. Will we stay up? How many points will be enough?

I had my optimistic hat on, predicting two draws in the next two games and a final day win at Gillingham, but with my prediction even 52 points has us on our way to Exeter :(

Since the last result to Crawley and having to face up to the side we face in our remaining games, I have come to accept relegation. It won't be a bad thing provided we quickly move forward, by this I mean be a top dog of League Two but if we struggle - I think it will cause us complications, one's that our fan base doesn't require.

Sorry but I think we'll finish 22nd.

I hope and pray for us to recieve a miracle to stay up, that is what my heart wants but my mind tells me you don't strike lucky twice.

I think we can get above Crewe and that may well be enough.

I don't think we will get any points from Preston and I don't think we will get any points from Doncaster.

We may sneak 1 point from Gillingham.

Based on that, we're down.

I think the question is-how soon will we be definitely down!

I'd rather us know our future ASAP, so hopefully tonight if we do well it will renew hope, rather than fans pinning hopes on the last two games or if that isn't the case - It would be nice to stop the uncertainty from hanging over us.

I am content knowing that we are most likely down, as for me it doesn't change anything. It's a case of playing teams like Accrington Stanley, rather than MK Dons.

Oh and Mansfield, let's not forget Mansfield. Oh the joy! :(

i dont think so now, its an uphill task and i would have believed it had we beat yeovil or probably crawley.

it will take a lot to get the points required to stay up now, i just want them to fight and show us that they care. i am sure they do but we need to see it on the field, not in post match interviews etc.

Simple answer? Doubtful.

I am remain positive that we can at least try.

Personally I find Accrington Stanley more attractive than MK Franchise. And then there are the Stanley Ultras!

I don't believe we will stay up, we've left it too late to save ourselves, I really hope I am wrong.

Sorry to say this but I think it's all over for Notts and for what it's worth I don't think my team will even make the playoffs.

I'm hopefully going to the Ladies F.A cup semi final at Goodison Park. While the men struggle at Gilingham

I live in hope!
