Would maybe explain why he didnt make the luton squad if he was up here talking to notts. Would also explain why there saying decision on saturday whilst waiting for him to decide.

This bloke doesn't sound bad actually. Played for Belgium at all levels except the senior team, has only played for three clubs so hardly a journeyman, has been a regular in the top flight there for years and has UEFA Cup and Champions League appearances to his name (I know ...).

 

Sounds good, but am I alone in wishing we just signed someone good and proven in League Two?

Les seemed convinced both were players, though that's all he said. I am not sure it's Vela though!

Looking closely its definitely Cornelis although I am with @DangerousSausage on the fact i wish we could sign someone good and proven at this level, don't get me wrong mind I'm not complaining on who we have signed

According to this he played 31 games last season. He seems to have been a regular wherever he's gone, no big breaks for injuries that I can see and he played over 200 times for his last club so I'd be a lot more confident about him than some of the others we've signed.
