Is that Craig Mackail Smith? It sure looks like him......

Ive just spent a few mins comparing and im not so sure it is. Defo looks similar though.

The middle one has to be cms

Would maybe explain why he didnt make the luton squad if he was up here talking to notts. Would also explain why there saying decision on saturday whilst waiting for him to decide.

The middle guy is Hans Cornelis, 32 year old Belgian right back.

This bloke doesn't sound bad actually. Played for Belgium at all levels except the senior team, has only played for three clubs so hardly a journeyman, has been a regular in the top flight there for years and has UEFA Cup and Champions League appearances to his name (I know ...).


 


Sounds good, but am I alone in wishing we just signed someone good and proven in League Two?

Not him, no chance. He might have a similar appearance but unless he's had a few tuck jobs, it ain't him.

Looking closely its definitely Cornelis although I am with @DangerousSausage on the fact i wish we could sign someone good and proven at this level, don't get me wrong mind I'm not complaining on who we have signed

I had no idea who these two would be. Cornelis looks promising, though he only started 2 league games last year -potentially a big injury?

 

According to this he played 31 games last season. He seems to have been a regular wherever he's gone, no big breaks for injuries that I can see and he played over 200 times for his last club so I'd be a lot more confident about him than some of the others we've signed.
