University Of Nottingham won their first round match in University Challenge last night. They beat Swansea. There's a lad from Hucknall in their team. He's the guy on the far right below. Dennis is his name. Anyone know him?

Good morning everyone, it's lovely and bright here. We are looking after the grandkids today and not sure what we are doing yet but we may take them swimming or fishing. I've got to pick up my season ticket ready for Friday so I may incorporate a fishing trip with that.

Apparently it's a good time to see shooting stars so we might sit out on the garden tonight to see if we can see any providing we have clear skies.

Today, I am playing catch up with work.

Nothing major going on, nothing exciting or interesting really. I am pleased to mention, our front site has been tweaked so the teaser boxes are now flushed, something which has been driving me and @Joe Jones crazy for some time. Yet it wasn't a simple CSS fix but it is done now :P

Collected our season tickets today then did a bit of fishing on the embankment, caught a fair sized roach but that's all.

It's driving me crazy trying to get into the chatroom during the match. It keeps telling me I aint signed in even after repeated signin in an' outs. Swear to god I'm sober.


I'm getting too much into the game to bother about it.

Been up town with my daughter and grandchildren, fetched more emulsion for Paul to keep painting the ceiling, thank goodness its finished now. Then listened in to Uncle Colin and the Super Notts. Carrying on with decorating tomorrow.
