Is JF a moron?

This question has been raised on the Match Forum............so I did a bit of research on the internet............. and to my total astonishment.........................no he's not!!

On the Binet Scale - moron has an IQ of 51 to 70.....not exactly in triple digits............................................. but not to be sniffed at either.

Imbecile is measured at 26 to 50......(some of my ex-girlfriends fell neatly into this category)

.................and the winner is.................drum-roll....................trrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....

...............................Idiot at 0 to 25 (which is what i call my kids regularly)

So from now on.....no more Mr Moron please...................call him by his proper title

well in football inteligence he is never have I seen a manager play a goalscoring centre mid with 8 goals on the wing.

And a slow Alan smith ahead of a midfielder who has more class then anyone in this league.

Also he is taking us down belive it it will come close to it and not to mention he has managed to take away most of our attacking play

if he takes us down ul all be raging and going mental can't belive people are still defending him if you want hoofball and 2 shots a game go an sing his praises in the street

Let's not make this personal or at least avoid it coming across that way.

I'm sure there's a better word (politer) to refer to him and his attitude. I'm prepared to back him, as I am with any manager but I must admit - I lost a lot of faith after his interview last night. It wasn't good PR and he should have been honest, some might not like his honesty (had he of been) but it's the only thing he could do. If you have your back to the wall, don't block yourself in or come across as arrogant.

Do I think he's a moron? No I don't.

I think he's out of his depth and struggling to float above the water. His ideas seem to have merit, yet for some reason he doesn't seem prepared to work on it when things don't go to plan.

he did not come across as very switched on during his interview but i would not call him a moron.

I dont think he has helped himself recently in his interviews and I wonder if Saturday and the fans took a bit out of him....even if it did though, I still think his responses could be better .....stop the answering back bit and just answer what he is asked

for the first time ever I actually agree with you on somat ???????? am I dreaming?

But yea he avoids questions like last night it's a simple answer yes or no not avoid the subject and clearly hide something.

And his interviews are so far fetched he thinks we're mugs oh it's been a good week no it hasn't Jamie stop thinking we are blind.

Against York we played well for so long no we didn't we had a few corners stop making it sound like it's exciting.

Like last night he thought it could of gone either way noooo Accrington were just lucky not to have scored 7 as sounded like Roy had a lot of saves to make after the goals and them hittin the bar

I think to be fair he has to , particularly as he is new to the club, try and focus on positives and not be too negative about players he is trying to form relationships with or talk stuff down if he is trying to kick on....the problem he has is that when you are losing games then there isnt a great deal you can say to keep people upbeat but plenty you can say to annoy them even more ;o)

That said, if he feels the questions are repetitive then personally, I'd just answer them and leave it up to the journos to get a bit more creative.

The Aborah issue needs squared up but you know my thoughts on it and not fronting up last night or being a but clearer given all the speculation didn't help but , like I say, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes so you can only hope it gets cleared up either way soon for everyone's sake

He needs to sit up in the stands and watch the game, see how it looks from where we see it! And i think he's a very arrogant individual!

I don't think he would survive 90 minutes in the stands, especially the Kop!

He needed to answer the question, it is not as if he didn't know it wasn't going to be asked after Saturday's interview. I actually thought he answered like a petulant child, answering the question with a question.

My very disposition is to always see the best in people, but Fullarton is really stretching my ability to extend this nature to include himself.  I've listened to a number of his interviews and he seems to come across as aloof and arrogant in what he says.  Much of this makes very little, if any sense whatsoever and whilst I'm not privy to what occurs on the training pitch, if his propensity to confuse the listener is replicated when he attempts to communicate with his players and staff then I can see misunderstandings happening all over the place.

I think with any new job then there will be elements that you learn as you go and with JF , the media appears an element that he may benefit from some guidance in.

I agree that he does 'question the questioner' too much and this makes him look quite defensive and combative at times but , today for example, I can understand why he can't talk about any potential assistant in case an deal isn't done, however, he does tend to repeat the same lines which maybe doesn't help him with some fans.

There is no getting away from the media stuff and it is his chance to engage with the fans and I would hope that this is an area he reflects on, but hey, if results and performances on the pitch are good then the focus on these things isnt so prevalent.

And to be honest , if he turned round today and said he was giving every fan a tenner out of his own pocket, we have sections who currently would complain it wasn't twenty !

One thing is for sure...his first foray in first team management hasn't been without incident !
