Like to watch:

Cricket (The one sport I was actually quite good at!)

Golf (The one sport I would actually like to be quite good at)

Football (why oh why oh why oh why?!?)

Hate to watch:

Snooker (players now actually do make Steve Davis appear interesting)

Tennis (ditto above, where are the characters in the sport?)

Swimming (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)

Football (always love it)

MMA/UFC (I'm a martial arts practitioner myself and even though mma is a more washed out/sporty version of martial arts I find it quite exciting)

And finally tennis (the only other sport I find bareable

I really dislike rugby and cricket as they just don't interest me, playing them is a different matter but I just couldn't sit and watch either

Never heard of that sport, but it sounds a bit shitty.

Best:

Football, obviously.

Darts - can't beat the non-stop tension, the dazzling shirts and the spectators dressed as bananas.

Snooker - just draws you in.

Worst:

Rugby - I've tried to like it (mainly when England are doing well), but I just can't.

Skiing - probably great fun to do, but watching it bores me.

Boxing - every match I see is a disappointment. A massive build-up that seems to go on forever is invariably followed by either one man getting knocked out in about five minutes or the two fighters spending the whole match dancing around the ring and cuddling.
