Romance is alive

Sorry guys not a late valentine's day topic , no the romance of the fa cup , Burnley 0 V 1 Lincoln , a hearty well done from me terrific result and fa cup run , first non league team to fa cup quarter final for hundred years .

Very pleased for Lincoln City! It's good to see them falling on better times (since they have been out of the league for awhile now).

The result gives a proud feeling in football and any neutral will want them to continue their cup run. Yet I didn't expect or fancy their chances, just goes to show you how a team that rides the wave of 'good spirit' can succeed.

A field where dreams become reality.

Lincoln are doing what Bradford did a few seasons back in the League Cup, could they go all the way to the final? I doubt it but it would be nice to see them continue to build on this success.

"Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value."

Once every so often something happens that rekindles the spirit of true football. Yesterday Lincoln City grabbed the whole nation with their heroics on the pitch, its good to see a non league team showing the big boys they have no fears!
