No doubts about it, he stood out head and shoulders above everyone else.

Some of the saves he was forced to make was outstanding and he made several that kept things in favour for England.

He wasn't particularly busy but those three saves in the second half were outstanding and absolutely pivotal! LOTS of praise coming his way on German TV.

Can't say how much I'm enjoying this World Cup. Watching Germany crash out at a public screening was priceless, not to mention being able to keep my flags up two weeks after my neighbours have taken theirs down :DΒ England have surpassed my wildest expectations too and anything is possible...

It says a lot when the England keeper doesn't have to do a lot but still manages to make four important saves to deny Sweden from scoring.

The saves he did make and the decisions to come out early reduced Sweden's chances of scoring. Impressive performance by the young England keeper!!

I wasn't able to get the game, so I didn't see it but the highlights shown Jordan Pickford made two world class saves to deny Sweden.

Nobody else really played above average, it was just a good team performance.

Jordan Pickford was by far the best player on the pitch against Sweden.
