You have to love watching The Simpsons, I don't get all this Simpsons v Family Guy. You can like both and neither is better than the other but I do enjoy the Simpsons more because its been a part of my TV habits longer.

i dont like family guy at all, its a massive rip off and the simpsons is more funnier. i think they have dropped the funny songs because of the similarities between family guy. yet the tree house of horrors is the best thing about the show.

The Simpsons have had to adapt to modern times, I still enjoy it but I do wish they focused more on quirky stories as they used to do.

I don't think the shows died at all, and I hope it continues for many more years.

I have not watched The Simpsons for years but I do like it.

If a standard channel had it on at reasonable times i would watch it, problem is it's never on at night.

Who shot Mr Burns, the X-Files episode - the monorail one.

All classics, these days it's more your soap filled drama. The best episode I have seen recently is where you learn about Moe's real family, in the past they touched upon him being a child actor/boxer and I swear they said he was put into care/foster. However, in a recent episode they shown he has a sister and a brother - his father also owns a mattress store which explains some of the reasons why Moe has been disowned.

I have always preferred The Simpsons over other shows.

The cast is full of stereotypes but they're funny ones, shows like Family Guy get laughs from being offensive but America's number 1 animated family gets laugh because it's well timed humour. I do admit the newer episodes are more serious, and less funny but it's still a good show.
