Busy, slow and somewhat boring.

After yesterday I shouldn't complain because my hedge hasn't been watered by my neighbour urinating into (at the view of my eldest daughters bedroom) but this will be dealt with shortly one way or another. :D

I ended up helping Kate who baked us some treats, it's mostly all her work but I enjoy this.

I've just done little jobs that keep the home ticking over .I did enjoy watching RamsTV and my team beating Wolves 2 - 1 in their last pre-season game though.

I went on my 5k Park Run at Long Eaton this morning, I did it in just over 32 minutes (not my best time) I was 4th in my age group but a long way down the field overall.

This afternoon I spent chilling, checking on the Notts score and catching up on some computer work.
