Good morning pinch, punch, first of the month and all that, winter is fast approaching I noticed that Goose Fair was setting up the other day when I went past, time marches on, it’ll soon be Halloween, Bonfire Night, Christmas and that’ll be another year over.

Anyway back to today, we are going shopping to Lidl for our weekly shop this morning, then I might pop to the pet shop to get some tropical fish to top up the tank, I also need some new running shoes, I reckon it’s time I’ve had these for two years and they’ve ran some miles now.

Have a good day folks.

Busy stuff behind the scenes today, I was didn't do some of the tasks from yesterday that take time and I really have to do them now. I'm also trying to organise things and move forward with various projects, it's going well and I'm happy with it.

Woke up feeling refreshed and keen to kick start the day.

In a moment I'll start editing the PONcast on my laptop, as I do other things on my PC.

Later I shall be making homemade pizza and I can't wait to eat it. I love fresh pizza that is on par if not even better than Pizza Hut.

Yes, they are proper running shoes and cost £40 I know that won’t seem much to youngsters who are used to spending big bucks on designer trainers but it’s considerably more than my usual £9.99 off the market that fall apart after 3 months. 😂
