This was a tough call it could’ve gone to at least three players but I’ve gone for Lewis Alessandra, he seems to have really found his form playing just behind Stead, I thought he had an excellent game.

Lewis Alessandra because he looked keen to get into Crawley, especially after they decided to make us switch ends after the coin toss. Fair enough but don't try winding the Kop up like a bunch of Non-League arseholes, it really backfired that did.

But yeah, defensively Alessandra was spot on and he contributed a lot of neat touches going forward.

Fantastic performance by him.

Best game I have seen Alessandra have for us so had to go for him really.

New formation seems to be suiting him, he just needs to find some consistency to his game.

Lewis Alessandra is reaping his rewards through his hard work, he seems to have found his element and purpose on the pitch for Notts.
