Notts County's January transfer window

Thoughts on how Notts have done in the market? Are you feeling more positive in terms of the relegation battle now? How will each of the new players slot in? And what about the outgoings?

It's been a good window on paper. I've never seen the likes of Stubbs or Gomis play, so it's hard to comment on reputation alone.

I still think it will be too little too late, but I hope to be proven wrong.

Without seeing them play for Notts i can't really say how the season will go, but a change in the squad has clearly been needed all season... so its a welcome transfer window i think.

As windows go it looks to have gone really well. Contrast to last January ! Having said that the closed season signings were supposed to have been spot on as well; look where that landed us ......

I think we have left ourselves too much to do personally but of course where there’s life there’s hope. At least we have a manager now who seems to know what he’s doing. 🤞

I'm quite happy with the amount but i think one more player could go though. 😂

I think the business has been good overall, I'm not disappointed but I think had Kristian Dennis gone out and no other striker arrived I would have been. Hopefully if Dennis is needed we have the option to recall him, I think considering the fee we have been alleged to have paid allowing him to go seems a waste.

Yet I am happy, would have beaten my expectatios for sure.

i am happy but i am worried the clubs brought in too many players.

its almost a new starting 11 which is not a bad thing but it all depends on how they settle in. i am happy tho.

It seems much better than previous years but it does seem like we gave alot of players.

Better transfer window than I thought, if we still had the Trews none this standard would have come in and I think Hardy deserves credit for putting his money into the club further. We'd be down for sure without the focus on quality and strengthening.

Very happy, I feared quality wouldn't come but we got this and a lot of strength which is good.

The club and Neal Ardley have done well, each signing looks good and I feel they will be key for the survival.

Better than previous ones. We need to survive the drop.

Just like the summer signings I am impressed, the difference is the way each one has improved the team and that was clear from the performance. I think every fan should be thankful Alan Hardy didn't skimp and that he actually backed Notts.
