If you get chance to speak with him again @Piethagoram, can you ask him if he ever felt pressured to take the managerial role at Notts and, if he felt he had the right support going into the role?

@gtownjohnno and @allardyces tash think the "juicy bits" are going to get edited out. Still hopeful it will offer an insight but been waiting 2 weeks for another chat over the draft

Pleased his career hasn't been affected too much, I actually rate him as a youth team coach,

Did Chris mention anything about his ideas on how he wanted Notts to recruit players?

I wonder if he will reconsider going back into management? The pressure for him to do well was there, he never had a chance from day one with talk of trying to build a young squad on a lower budget.
