There seems to be a bit a of a fad at the moment for Christmas jumpers, they are all over the shops and seem to be popular.

Now, is it me or is this just too ridiculous for words, if I buy an item of clothing I want to be able to wear it for more than just a few days!! I mean you would look a bit silly wearing a Christmas jumper in March wouldn't you?

Waste of money...................bah humbug. :hohoho:

Would I wear one? NEVER! I'm not somebody who can pull it off and it's not really me, however for children (especially young ones) it can be really cute and anything which makes Christmas special for them is well worth it. Grown up wise? I see at being a bit of fun - I don't understand the growing trend with it however, it's like onesie really. Back in the mid 2000's and even in the 90's you'd be beat up or harassed for such thing, so perhaps it isn't all that bad.

Over to you Mr Grinch ;)

You can't pull it off? Well what you do is grab hold of the back of the neck of the jumper and pull it over your head, then pull your arms out of the sleeves. :joker:

its embarrassing, only children should wear those knitted style ones. it should become part of law that nobody does who is over the age of six years old!

I,ll knit you a jumper showing the Grinch or Scrooge. You're as bad as Super-He moans about the commercialisation of Christmas. In fact he moans about a lot of things that annoy him.

I decided to buy the most horrible Christmas jumper ever to wear this Saturday in town... put it this way, it makes the Notts third strip from last season look positively dull.

Ah the pantomime seasons in full flow on here

It's funny when you look through our family albums, it seems that for every Christmas my Dad is wearing the same Christmas jumper. He must've worn it for a good 15 years in succession!

This is why in our household they have always been called " No Dad Jumpers".

The first response given to my father when he came up with one, was No Dad, I'm not wearing that f *** ing jumper.

When our young ones reach the point of having a sense of style and self respect, is the time these things should be discarded.

A seasonal thought though...

Why not donate old "No Dads" to the homeless, IF (and that's a big IF) they would wear them.
