  1. Refreshing writing on Michael Doyle, any exile should read this entry.
  2. Notts will have done their home work I am sure, Neal Ardley needs to send the squad out with a rocket and tell them to go for it. Most teams in the national league either get breaks in the game or want to force mistake from what I have seen, defensively I just hope for a clean sheet. I am confident if this happens Notts can get the points.
  3. You seem like a great bloke Chris, don't go chasing happiness let it find you. Depression must be difficult, keep yourself busy and around genuine people. That will make a good difference.
  4. Very enjoyable read, it makes a change to read something promising and bright about owners of NCFC.
  5. It's a real shame that the game got postponed, not an easy game for fans to make. I was hoping to read some ratings etc.
  6. It must be painful as a Derby fan, to see Leeds [2nd] and Nottingham Forest [5th]. I'm not gloating or trying to wind you up, 17th is unlike the Rams and having read things about their financial state I am hoping Mel Morris hasn't lost interest in the club.

It’s not good seeing Derby hit with a point deduction, something has to pull the squad out of their poor form and I hope it’s this Super.

Not the best of seasons @AmericanPie but I didn't expect too much anyway.Lampard did a fair job last season but  he ultimately failed(I did enjoy the playoff second leg v Leeds though)but when the loan players (Mount,Tomori and Wilson)left it meant  a massive job replacing them.       Progress for this season was delayed by Lampard's indecision about taking the Chelsea job, though we all knew what the outcome would be.New manager,Cocu, had little time for preparation for this season meeting up with the players in Florida for Pre-season matches, the first of which was abandoned at half time due to an electrical storm,a portent for the present season. Then in September we had the drink fiasco and lost Keogh(So 4 players from last season gone)Add the injuries here and there throughout the team and Cocu must be wondering what he's signed up for and can things get any worse.Well yes they can.Now we've fell foul off financial fair play regulations with the EFL  .   I don't think Mel has lost interest. As he has stated he will only do what is in the best interest of Derby County and he would prefer to remain owner and Chairman.Of course almost every word he or anyone else connected with the Rams utters is either taken out of context or twisted round for effect by the press.

  7. It's great to see PON thinking outside of the box, I hope more members join in with posting quirky topics because it does add value. I have added a couple of discussions which I think continues the recent trend of this. ????

  8. Nicely done with your vlog @ARLukomski, its good to see you smiling more in these videos.
  9. It's a distraction, I don't know if it will be a good one or not. I just know winning breeds confidence, progressing in a cup can boost morale.
  10. Just the signing Notts needed to make.
  11. Notts responded well after this game, from what I have read the pitch wasn't the best.
  12. It sounded quite nerve wracking, clearly Bromley felt up for the game but good defending secured the points.
  13. Good vlog @ARLukomski, please keep up the good work.
  14. Plenty of room for thought here. I would have thought the occasional change would keep things fresh, a player could under perform one game and come back stronger the next. They could require a bit of rest, it makes you wonder what Neal Ardley sees what us fans don't. Obviously, I can't judge him or what's happening. I do agree that changes at some point would be wiser, with a lad like Sam Osborne eager to play he could reward the manager with assists or goals.
  15. If Notts want to play with confidence, do it as a unit. What happened to the talk about attacking in phases? It looks like Notts are too defensive from the highlights I have seen, sitting deep just brings pressure.
  16. What is the FA Trophy? I have never heard of it before. Is it just for Non League teams? The game sounded scrappy from what I have read, with neither team performing well but going off the highlights, it sounds like some good chances came. Osborne did very well to create the goal, Kean deserves some praise for keeping a clean sheet.
  17. Some fans have to accept, Notts won’t always be winning games or doing well. I feel it’s easier to blame the manager, or players. When the simple fact of the matter is, it will take years to undo the years of issues created by appointing the wrong people and not having patience with the right ones.
  18. No pleasure for you, I am sure @ARLukomski but these are the main thing which makes me feel connected to the club right now. The struggle to see quality highlights makes this a must for me.
  19. If only Notts could defend set pieces, I find seeing the highlights much harder since the club is in the National League but it's shocking when I do catch them. The defending should be much better, if it had been, this would have been more of a contest.
  20. If the results go Notts way, and they get a good home win. It could spark some belief within this squad.
  21. Great win! Fans who want Notts to okay pretty football for 90 minutes, aren't likely to want the club to remain in this league for long either. Momentum is building, the team seems confident too.
  22. Good win, clean sheet and two excellent goals. Not more an exile could say.
  23. Good day trip for the fans, but a long one. I have no idea how good Dover are, yet the form needs to continue as of late. It's restoring hope and belief after the terrible season last year.
  24. Much needed and vital information for me, it paints a better picture than any match report could. Excellent article.
  25. Excellent pictures! It's good to see a happier set of fans.
